Bluebell Pixie's Tales,

The Fairies' Well,

by J. W. Cassandra

When I once saw the rainbow veil floating in the sky, I got, following it, to the fairies' well on the mossy rim of which hung a light pumpkin shell, and with it in my hand, I stood on the rainbow veil. With that, I descended to the surface of the glistening water in the depths of the well, and took a small sip of it with the pumpkin shell. Then I drank this tiny sip of the fairy water, and from then on I see the Bluebell Pixie [1] with the Spring Fairy [2], and the tales of the enchanting bag [3], some of which I will tell, because to those who can taste the water of the fairies' well, the teaching and wisdom of the fairies is revealed, and they can tell it in some form to those who are worthy of it. Read the fairy tales carefully, for your soul may be edified by them, as I have never felt thirsty again since I have been able to drink from the water of the fairies' well. Because its water is magical: one small sip will fill you up for life, and it will no longer make you hungry, thirsty, or stupid – if you do not believe it, go after!

[1] In the original work, in Hungarian the name is literally "Pixie of Fairy Tales", but in English it would be too long. For this reason, I gave the name "Bluebell Pixie" for the little figure.

[2] Spring Fairy in Hungarian is "Fairy of Fairy Tales". This name is too long here, that is why I chose the shorter "Spring Fairy". Her name can mean the source and the season at the same time.

[3] In the Hungarian version, there is a "Bag of Fairy Tales", I gave in English it the name "enchanting bag".
