Poems

Motto:

I ride on the back of a butterfly,
I fly by wings of a butterfly,
I flash through draft of time,
I pluck the strings of my harp...

I arrange my poems in volumes, each of which begins with a poem that serves as its opening. Each of them has 21 cycles, each cycle contains 12 poems, preceded by the opening poem of the cycle. Each volume is closed by a closing poem. A total of 275 poems are included in one volume. So far, I have written 12 full volumes; the rest, up to the 19th one, are still in progress.

Here, I give the title of the volume stream. I will publish the poems in random order, and I will indicate for each of them which volume and which cycle it belongs to. Of course, I will not share them all; there is no room for that. I will update them periodically. Within each volume, the poems belonging to the same cycle will all be published on the same page. There will be some cycles that I will upload in their entirety, and others incompletely.

Under the title of the first volume, you can read the opening poem of the volume, which sets the tone for the whole work. Then come the cycles.

Pearl Garland of Teachings, volume stream

Eternity, Awaken to Consciousness, volume I

All my poetry books begin with a motto. All the mottos originate from somewhere else, some of which I wrote myself. This is a special quote: it was written by Rabindranath Tagore, an Indian Nobel Prize-winning poet, in memory of his recovery in the sanatorium for heart diseases in Balatonfüred in 1926. The memorial park in Füred is famous for the fact that celebrities visiting it were asked to plant a tree of their choice. Thus, the memorial park was formed, where the trees and statues of physicists such as Ede Teller, Jenő Wigner, poets and politicians such as Árpád Göncz and Indira Gandhi parade.

The poem chosen as the motto was engraved on the pedestal of the bust under the tree planted by the poet. You can find it on the Tagore promenade in Balatonfüred, Hungary.

Motto:

"You are greater than your creation,
the chariot of your life, therefore
Keeps rushing forward and forward, leaving behind
your creation... poet prince..."

Shah Jahan [1], by Rabindranath Tagore

[1] Shabuddin Mohammed Shah Jahan, or Shah Jahan for short, was the ruler of the Mughal Empire of India from 1628 to 1658. The name Shah Jahan means "lord of the world" in Persian. He had built the Taj Mahal over the tomb of his wife, Mumtaz Mahal, between 1631 and 1653.
