My poem titled "Homo Sapiens Sapiens 1981" is one of my earliest works, having been written twice because the first version has been lost. At first, I inserted it into my poetry book one, "Eternity Awaken to Self-Consciousness", into the cycle "Stations of the Spirit". Originally, as the title suggests, it came into being in 1981, forty-five years ago. When it was revealed that it was lost, I wrote it again from memory in 1994, along with several other poems.

This dramatically condensed epigram is based on the contrast between the lightning-like energy of the ancient forces and the trapped one, where the dimensions are petrified onto the being. It depicts a creature entering and embodied in a cycle of the Eon, bound in bondage, who waits in a state of apparent death, frozen, despite the fact that he feels the primordial forces within him.

And now let the poem follow!

Lightning of ancestors flashes with flame
in your muscles,
And you sit frozen in dimensions,
petrifying upon you.
